  9. WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS

  10. RETURN AND REFUND

    limitations from our side, the Order is not shipped or delivered then such order stands
    cancelled; and the amount paid by You gets refunded.
    b. We will not process a refund if you have placed the order for the wrong product model,
